No Parties Allowed: To respect our neighbors and maintain the home’s condition, gatherings or parties are not allowed. Evidence of parties may result in a $1,000 fee and the cancellation of your reservation without refund. 3. Guest Limit: The home accommodates up to 8 guests, and only registered guests may stay overnight. 4. Registration: If required, we may request for one registration form, rental agreement, ID verification and security deposit be accurately completed within 24 hours of booking the reservation (within one hour for reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in). Failure to submit the registration form, submitting false information, or omitting key information in your registration may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 5. We’re Here to Help: If anything is missing or not working properly, please let us know right away. In the event of emergency (water leak, severe damage, etc...) please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly! 6. Well-Behaved Pets Welcome: All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Evidence of undisclosed pets may result in a $500 cleaning fee. By bringing your pet into our home, you agree to the Estoria Homes pet policy. If you have any questions about the pet policy, please reach out prior to your stay.

PARTIES AND EVENTS: No Parties Allowed: To respect our neighbors and maintain the home’s condition, gatherings or parties are not allowed. Evidence of parties may result in a $1,000 fee and the cancellation of your reservation without refund. GUEST LIMITS AND VISITORS: The guest limit cannot exceed the capacity listed. Only registered guests may stay overnight. All overnight guests and visitors must be registered and confirmed on the reservation prior to arrival. Exceeding the maximum guest count or bringing unauthorized visitors may result in cancellation without a refund or a $500 fee. WELL BEHAVED PETS Pets must be pre-approved prior to arrival and disclosed at booking. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fee. For approved pets, please ensure the following: - Pets must be house-trained, well-mannered, and supervised at all times. - Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. - All pet waste must be sealed in a plastic bag and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. - Any damage, excessive pet hair, or barking complaints may result in additional charges or reservation cancellation without a refund. Pre-Arrival Requirements Prior to check-in, guests may be required to complete: -Rental agreement -Provide ID verification -Provide a security deposit within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Failure to submit these items or providing false information may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Additionally, third-party bookings must be disclosed.
